TEACHING YOUNG NEW ZEALANDERS TO DANCE SINCE 1987
If you are looking for a place to learn dance, MEBA is an excellent choice. Although MEBA specialises in teaching ballet from beginner level through to advanced for those wishing to make ballet their career, MEBA also offers tuition in a wide range of dance styles including contemporary, jazz and body conditioning.
MEBA students enjoy lessons given by a highly professional and talented group of teachers. Many have taught and danced professionally both in New Zealand and Europe with leading dance companies including The Hamburg Ballet, Dresden State Opera, the Royal New Zealand Ballet and leading contemporary companies.
When dancing at MEBA students of all ages have opportunities to dance at their level, be it recreational, competitive or vocational and are exposed to some of the best choreographers in New Zealand dance education.
